Happy Holidays!

The academic term is over-or nearly so-and I feel as though I have been running two steps in front of the avalanche for the past couple of weeks, and the big snowball has at last overtaken me! The advent of winter break is a welcome respite from the desperate final flurry of exam preparation and project completions. It is with the flutter of anticipation, a tinge of sadness, and a sigh of relief that I witness the mass winter break exodus of our students, rolling luggage in tow.

With the New Year comes the rebirth and renaming of The Learning Center Newsletter, as The Learning Center Exchange. Our publication will continue to serve as a valuable resource written by learning center professionals, for learning center professionals. We welcome submissions from our readership. If you have good ideas to share with your colleagues across the country, please send them to me at ym5330@usma.edu. We also welcome your suggestions as we strive to improve our publication.
